Your new role
This role displays the company values in all activity
- Online calendar and inbox management
- Organising travel and accommodation arrangements for the leadership team as and when required
- Compose correspondence, memos and reports and prepare presentations
- Provide support to the leadership team and wider organisation, as required
- Support the leadership team in project deadlines and follow up on projects due dates
- Compose correspondence, memos and reports and prepare presentations
- Arrange leadership board meetings
- People & Culture administration support
- Onboarding and offboarding staff
- Manage the Culture Committee and ensure company activities run smoothly
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a team coordinator, PA or EA role
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to go back to a task quickly when interrupted
- Display a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to be proactive and plan effectively and efficiently
- Dedication, initiate and reliability
