Your new role
Our client is seeking a switched-on Estates and Trust Administrator to join their team. We are ideally looking for someone who has several years of experience working as a Trust Administrator in a legal environment but would also consider someone who has worked in a Legal Administration role and would be willing to be trained up in this area as well. In this role you'll be supporting the Commercial team with duties such as receiving dividend and interest advices, receipting foreign cheques, preparing cashflow statements, preparing bills, monitoring ledger balances, shareholder filling and share transfers. You'll need to carry out annual reviews and compliance in relation to trust administration. This will be a busy and stimulating role with a variety of work to be carried out!

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be someone who can follow instructions well, work to deadlines and produce work with a high level of accuracy. We also need someone who is tech savvy and is a great team player.
