Your new company

This property maintenance software company is looking to grow their Wellington based team. They have just moved into a modern and large CBD office space, where their vibrant and out-going team collaborate their expertise for constant growth of the business. Currently, they are operating in New Zealand with some of the leading NZ property management companies and will be looking to expand out into the Australian market this year.

Your new role

You will be responsible for driving success among the company's current customers by understanding their business needs and helping them to succeed. You will be rolling out software to the customers and their employees and sharing with customers data insights, software updates and new product features. You will also be working closely with the Sales team to support new customers and contract renewals.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships
  • An empathetic and positive attitude for customers
  • Account Management/ Relationship Management/ Customer Success/ Property Management experience (or something similar)
  • Strong ability to learn new software
