Customer Service Representative - Transport Industry - Wellington

A highly reputable NZ wide transport company that is responsible for the delivery of freight and passengers across the North and South Island.

Your new role

You will be working in a fun and enthusiastic team of 6, based in an office in Wellington. You will take pride in providing outstanding customer service to freight customers, prepare booking documentation, completing paperwork in relation to the transport and answering general queries by email or phone.

What you'll need to succeed

Your exceptional customer service experience and can-do positive attitude will make you successful in this role. Being competent with administrative duties and using Microsoft Office 360 will support the admin side of the role and your physical fitness will help when you are helping out the drivers.

You will also be available for shift work which will include some night shifts/weekends. Please note that the company are fully supportive of work/life balance and will ensure that you get sufficient day work and weekends off.
