Customer Service Representative

This insurance provider are looking for customer service stars! Great pay + Work from home!
Your new role
Are you available to start a 6month contract on the 14th February?
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading insurance provider from the comfort of your own home!

You will be the first point of contact for customers and clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
You must be approachable, friendly and professional in all interactions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure accuracy of customer information.
  • Inbound and Outbound calls with new and existing customers and clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service experiences that exceed their expectations.
  • Data entry.

Full time, 40hour working week.
Work 5days a week rostered between the hours of 8am-8pm

What you'll need to succeed

*Please note - this role is work from home, however you are required to visit the Christchurch office on occasion so you need to be within 1hour of Christchurch Central*
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong computing skills and experience with Microsoft office suite.
  • Experience within the insurance and/or Finance industry (desirable)
  • Effective communication skills: listening, verbal and written.
  • A passion for helping people.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Working from home requirements:
  • A suitable home office environment. (Laptop provided by company)
  • Broadband and unlimited data.
