Work for a leading organisation within Property utility services. You will be converting hot call enquiries into leads. This role offers a competitive commission structure with employees reaching at least $60k per annum! Full training will be provided. Bright NEW modern office overlooking Victoria Park.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm (rotating shifts) (with the occasional Saturday to earn some extra $$$)



Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for Customer Service operators! Our client facilities offers a gym membership, access to sauna, Friday drinks and an extremely competitive commission structure.

• Provide quality customer service, answering customer enquiries, and asking questions to understand customer requirements and close leads.
• Inbound & outbound calls and emails.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Achieve and exceed monthly KPI's.
• Effectively handle customer complaints.
• Ensure and review lead management system regularly to ensure customers are responded to within service level agreements.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services.
• Work together with other colleagues from other departments to improve efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• Fluent in English - Spoken and Written
• Previous customer service experience
• Sales experience
• Positive attitude - Willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
