You would be well supported in your new role with Senior Fundraisers and a Supervisor to offer advice and coaching support. The company are dedicated to making you be great at the job, and many people go on to more senior positions in the contact centre or in other areas of the team. They are striving for a team-player culture and to build on an exciting and fun team atmosphere.

Your new role
The basic idea of this role is to chat to members of the public over the phone about their life-saving charity work. It's awesome because they are essentially storytellers: they get to tell amazing stories about how we have helped people living in poverty, and how they can make a difference. It's really inspiring stuff. Being a charity fundraiser on the phones means they have spent the day raising funds for a worthy cause, not a corporate company, and i's a great feeling. They are feeling really lucky right now because they are also doing some amazing fundraising for other charitable organizations with whom they partner to support their cause.

  • Passion to inspire others to make a positive change
  • Ability to use scripts
  • Fun, bubbly, engaging and outgoing personality
  • Sales/fundraising or call centre experience will be prioritised
