Your new role
We have various temporary and long term contract available throughout our business:

Compliance Team:
Are you someone who enjoys process orientated tasks? Someone who has an eye for detail and loves being busy? If so, we would love to hear from you. Our compliance team is responsible for the important task of ensuring our job seekers are compliant and that all compliance documents are obtained and managed in a timely manner.

In this role you will be working as part of a team who will provide you with training and a fun and supportive environment.

Care Team:
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can offer a friendly, professional approach to customer service. You are someone who is patient, people orientated and solution focussed. In this role you will be the first point of contact for contract or temporary workers and will ensure that all their queries are handled in a timely, professional and respectful manner.

You will be busy, but will love being the person who provides solutions and support to our temporary and contract workers.

What you'll need to succeed
Applicants who have worked in customer service/ sales or a call centre environment will easily adapt to the above opportunities, however we are open to hearing from any applicants who can display the following personal attributes: Professionalism , respectfulness, attention to detail, the ability to work alongside targets; solutions focussed ' people orientated.

Our working hours are 10am to 6pm and we offer a 40 hour week.

Salary banding is between $20 and $25ph.
