Looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist
Our Client, one of the largest Insurance Company in the country is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist based in Melbourne Purpose of the role Provide an outstanding experience by taking inbound calls from customers and adding value to each interaction by understanding their needs and delivering the best service. Main focus areas
  • Support the rollout and commencement of the new Life Portal to their Customer and Adviser network
  • Achieve key performance metrics, including customer advocacy
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services including legislation, financial services industry, and organisational environment
  • Confidently navigate and source information from multiple internal systems and reference materials
  • Communicate in a manner that can easily be understood.

Experience required
  • Previous experience of providing outstanding customer service
  • Confidence with using different types of technology
  • The ability to take ownership and solve customer enquiries
  • Experience in identifying sales and customer retention opportunities.
Terms of Employment
  • Ability to commit to a full-time 10-week contract
  • Available to work 37.5 hours a week.
