As a Contracts Manager you will be managing the cleaning contracts for several key clients in Wellington. The main duties and responsibilities are:
What you'll need to succeed
- Plan and organise the start up of new contracts
- Solve day to day operational challenges
- Ensure correct staffing numbers and maintained
- Ensure Logics and equipment is managed correctly
- Report on the financial performance of the contract
Some experience in Facilities Management or Cleaning Services and prover operational rigour.
What you'll get in return
70k - 80k plus a full use personal vehicle and performance based bonus
