Based in a convenient Penrose location, a leading manufacturer and supplier of bespoke products has grown a reputation for quality, customer service and innovation over their 100+ years in business. Due to a strategic restructure in commercial finance, they have created a new Business Partner role on a permanent full-time basis. A real exciting and one-off opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who is looking to grow their career strategically!
Your new role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager on site, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Partnering with the wider business (Sales, Operations, Production etc)
- Developing insightful reporting and analysis tools to drive commercial performance
- Building strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Driving internal controls and strong operational procedures
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- Ideally be a CA/CPA member but not essential
- Degree qualified in business or accounting
- Track record in budgeting / business planning
- Robust financial modelling and analytical skills
- Exposure to complex ERP software and/or Power BI
