Your new role
Hays Technology are growing our national footprint and are investing heavily in the expansion of our New Zealand technology business. To achieve our ambitious growth plans we are looking for an individual who is passionate about client engagement and new client relationship development to join our Technology team.
As Client Engagement Manager at Hays, you will lead by example by developing a portfolio of clients within the technology sector, including existing, historical and target organisations. You will regularly meet new and existing clients face to face and attend and organise relevant networking and profile building events. You will utilise our fantastic resources to regularly analyse client and sales data to capitalise on opportunities with existing key accounts and to identify potential new business prospects.
What you'll need to succeed
The right person for this role will already have had a career in recruitment and be experienced and skilled in both direct people and client management OR will come from a BDM role within the tech space. Your previous experience will ensure you are adept with presenting to clients, a strong negotiator and able to effectively consult with and manage client expectations. Applicants with experience recruiting within the technology sector or who have an interest or understanding of technology, will enjoy an advantage.
