For us to achieve our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking to recruit an experienced recruiter with leadership aspirations to join our Auckland Technology Recruitment Team.

Your new role
Working as a Client Engagement Manager at Hays you will be focussing on fostering and growing the client relationships, we have with the growing Auckland technology sector. In this role you will lead by example and become a true expert recruiter in the Technology industry by developing a portfolio of clients including existing, historical and target organisations.

You will regularly meet new and existing clients face to face and attend and organise relevant networking and profile building events. Using the suite of cutting-edge internal systems available at Hays, you will also regularly analyse client and sales data to capitalise on opportunities with existing key accounts and to identify potential new business prospects. You will also use your knowledge and skills to support the growth and development of the wider Technology team, allowing for all to reach their desired goals.

What you'll need to succeed
The right person for this role will already have had a successful career in recruitment and be experienced and skilled in client management or would have experience within technology sales.

Your previous experience will ensure you are adept with presenting to clients, a strong negotiator and able to effectively consult with and manage client expectations. Internally, it's important that you can build strong relationships across other specialisms in our business and can effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
