Your new role
As a Claims Consultant your purpose is to be the first point of contact for our customers when they need to make a motor or property claim. This could be anything from a chip on their windscreen, car crash, or life's every day's accidents within the household.

This role starts on Tuesday 07th February 2023, and you will receive your contract before Christmas!

This opportunity gives you flexibility to work from home and in the office with rosters that work with your life We lock in rosters over a two-week period and one weekend is completely free! Your 37.5 working hours per week are within 5 days across Monday to Sunday (anywhere between 8am to 6:30pm in the weekdays, 9am to 6pm on weekends.

You will undergo 10 weeks full-time training starting Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm. The training will be delivered in a virtual classroom or onsite and supported by our Training Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lodge and proactively manage claims on behalf of customers.
  • Liaising with and maintaining our long-term Internal and external supplier relationships.
  • Provide world class customer experiences that create advocates for our business
  • Identify priority claims, complex claims and claims from vulnerable customers
  • Develop and maintain claims handling, system and policy wording knowledge, including any risk and compliance issues
  • Supporting as required in large major events


What you'll need to succeed
  • Empathy - Ability to relate to and adapt your approach to your customers in a caring and professional way
  • Previous customer service experience: if you 've worked in hospitality, retail or call centre environments
  • Effective communication skills: Active listening, verbal and written
  • Confident computer skills; comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously
