Well-established Auckland Civil Contractor in need of a Project Manager immediately.

Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing multiple projects
  • Completing those projects on budget and on time, and ensuring they are up to the clients’ standards
  • Following and implementing Health and Safety on site along with Quality Assurance
  • Providing mentorship to your team
  • Providing technical advice where required

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in hardscape projects
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and negotiating skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • Strong financial acumen
  • 5+ years in construction
  • A drive to succeed and do well
  • The ability to build a great team environment
  • A thorough understanding of the civil construction industry
  • Dealt with 5million+ projects
