Your new company
You will be joining a well-established civil contractor who have a really good mixture of private and public sector projects across a range of disciplines. They are in a sustained period of growth and are looking to hire future leaders that can grow with the business and reach their full potential

Your new role
As a Leading Hand, you will be the 2IC on site and report in to the Foreman. The idea of this role is that you will be mentored to take on a Foreman role in the future and will have sole charge of the site when they are away. You will be working hands-on with the team and will assist with H&S, quality and reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong civil construction background - ideally in subdivisions or on roading projects
  • Class 1 and WTR minimum
  • A desire to attend training and upskill
  • A good aptitude for learning
  • A demonstrated, reliable work history with good references
