Your new role
As a Change Manager, you will lead complex change projects in order to meet the needs of different, business and customer requirements, and make sure all impacted stakeholders are ready and willing to accept change.
You will be responsible for managing the end to end change activities including:

- Developing change management plan, communications strategies,
- Conducting change impact assessments
- Assessing change readiness, developing different channels of communication to ensure effective change adoption
- You will be required to manage relationships across all impacted internal and external stakeholder groups
To ensure your success you will have a proven track record managing delivering change projects ideally involving culture and customer transformation projects. You will have the ability to work at the strategic level, alongside executive team and take a hands-on approach to deliver in an agile environment. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders are essential.
