Call Centre Representative

This Telecoms provider is looking for new call centre representatives to join their busy Christchurch team.

Your new company
This leading infrastructure/broadband provider are looking for talented customer service representatives to join their growing Christchurch call centre.
Located minutes away from Northlands shopping mall, Papanui. With easy travel for bus routes and free on street parking.

Your new role
In this role, you will be providing an exceptional customer experience while managing interactions via voice and non-voice experience channels to deliver consistent outstanding results against relevant KPIs in a rostered 24/7, 354 days per year environment.
The role consists of:
  • Inbound and outbound calls.
  • Dispatching Engineers.
  • Customer Service
  • Coordinating engineer visits
  • Cancelling/Rearranging visits
  • Booking appointments

What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong experience in a Customer Service environment (preferred in a contact centre but not essential)
  • Proficient in a MS windows environment including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • $32.13ph (Saturday-Sunday)
