This company prides itself on being at the forefront of Rural Healthcare in New Zealand. They are currently in need of an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join their highly skilled, close knit team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for working with the Information Services Group (ISG) to provide a high level of service across all ICT solutions whilst maintaining development and delivery of the ISG work plan.
Specifically the role is responsible for:
- Owning and managing life cycle of assigned applications ensuring high quality, consistency and effective service
- Seeking and investigating service improvements and preparing a business case for these improvements
- Implementing service improvements as per approved business case
- Coaching, directing and act as an advisor to colleges and customers
- Liaising with vendors and customers
What you'll need to succeed:
- Business Analysis experience in the IT industry
- Experience in managing application life cycles
- Systems evaluation, design and implementation experience
- Agile or Kanban experience
