Permanent position for a Business Support Coordinator based in Wellington CBD

They are seeking a Business Support Coordinator who shares their values of community focus and co-operation to join the vibrant team in their central Wellington office.

Your new role

You will be part of a team which is responsible for providing general administrative and business support across to organisation to ensure the smooth running of departments.

This will include, but is not limited to:

  • Coordination of meetings, functions and workshops
  • Travel and accommodation booking
  • Finance administration - Purchase Orders, invoices, petty cash
  • Stationery orders
  • Data entry and database maintenance

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a clear and confident communicator with a high level of literacy and strong attention to detail. You will be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, and familiarity with a purchasing/assets maintenance tool would be an advantage, specifically SAP. This a very collaborative organisation so you will be a team player and comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
