Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for the strategic and successful management of multiple key client accounts and to ensure the business is maximising opportunities for multiple key client accounts.
Although some of the client relationships will be established, you will also be responsible for developing colder client relationships in such a way, that it will lead to commercial agreements and increased business demand across multiple SBUs for our Auckland office.
You will make use of your strong relationship management skills to influence all parties to ensure that as an Auckland business, we provide effective, efficient, professional, and consistent service to our clients.

We are ideally seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has proven experience doing business development and who is seeking to move away from 360 recruitment, and rather focus on building and maintaining relationships.
