What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in the insurance industry from either loss adjusting or similar environments
- Previous management experience is desired but not required
- A desire to grow relationships with customers and brokers
- Good communicator with the ability to get on with people and write a clear report
- Problem solver
- The ability to lead
- Enthusiasm and great customer service mentality
- A willingness to be flexible for the business
