What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in the insurance industry from either loss adjusting or similar environments
  • Previous management experience is desired but not required
  • A desire to grow relationships with customers and brokers
  • Good communicator with the ability to get on with people and write a clear report
  • Problem solver
  • The ability to lead
  • Enthusiasm and great customer service mentality
  • A willingness to be flexible for the business
