Based in Warkworth, this busy accountancy firm deliver a full suite of business advisory services to local businesses. With a portfolio including agriculture, retail, construction and property businesses, they offer a full compliance programme as well as higher value valuation and management accounting services.

Your new role
Reporting into the new owners, you will support the wider team to achieve business goals, through

• Client relationship management
• Managing the accountancy calendar through allocating and reviewing work to your team.
• Preparation of financial reports and tax returns
• Ensuring practice management and accounting systems are fit for purpose and used properly.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced CA qualified accountant, committed to completing your Certificate of Public Practice.

You will have leadership experience and enjoy getting the best out of people.

What you'll get in return
You will be paid a base plus bonus package in the vicinity of $120,000 with a $30,000 bonus. This will be reviewed periodically and can be increased based on financial results.
