Your new role
You will be trained and equipped to become a true business advisory consultant delivering a programme of compliance, business planning, forecasting and coaching services. You will be supported by an outsourced team of accounts to handle operational compliance tasks, so your job is to present and articulate the client's financial information in the context of their business growth plan.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this context you will be

• a proven business advisory accountant with a few years' experience a reputable public practice firm in New Zealand
• Substantial progress towards CA or CPA qualification
• Confident interacting with clients, with a strong desire to develop your consultancy skills
• Xero certified (preferred)
• Cash flow forecasting and budgeting experience
• NZ resident, citizen or open work permit
