We are looking for an Office Administrator for our client, an Architecture Company focused mainly on Commercial Projects. It is a multidisciplinary architecture practice where collaboration is key.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join their newly established and fast-growing architectural team as well as for our sister company.
You will be responsible for managing the documentation for our client, as well as the day-to-day business finances across the company.
Your new role
Assisting with building consenting applications and the submission, tracking, distribution and closeout thereof
Timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents for Sublime Architecture
Controlling the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents
Preparing and updating document control procedures
Supporting the preparation, review and response to contractual correspondence
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum three years' experience in a similar position within the construction industry
Experience Commercial construction projects
Building consent processing experience
Experience using Xero, good accounting skills with strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable
Payroll setup and processing
Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
