This family-owned business is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their business. This business has two parts, one being HVAC and the other being commercial services. This role will be reporting to one of the directors.
Your new role
- General admin, ordering stationary, answering phones, clearing email boxes
- H&S admin
- Accounts- invoicing, reconciling, AP/AR, payroll
- Scheduling and booking all jobs in for the technicians
- Dealing with suppliers and WOF for all vehicles
- Formatting and procession all quotes
- Marketing- social media/website
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous administration experience
- Good communication both written and verbal
- Proficient in Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
