Your new company

Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their team to help New Zealanders to retire with confidante. They help support individuals to better prepare for retirement, and they contribute to better understanding of what retirement means in the 21st century.

Your new role

You will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative, ICT and office/logistical services and general support across the business. The role will support the entire organisation through ensuring an organised, efficient and effective office and ICT environment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Have relevant general administration experience
  • Have an ability to use common sense, prioritise, multi-task and operate effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinate and support all Leadership Team travel, diary and meeting preparation, taking of minutes and distribution if required
  • Provides collaborative general and administrative support across all CS functions as required
  • Provides information management administration and IT support day to day, including equipment allocation, tracking and set up needs.
