This well-admired Local Government organisation based in Wellington CBD are seeking additional support in their busy Accounts Receivable Team to help support throughout an exciting period of change.
Your new role
This role will initially be for a period of 3 months, however there is a strong likelihood of extension beyond this. Reporting into the Team Leader you will be responsible for the manual processing of a high volume of invoices. Working in a supportive and collaborative team your role will include:
- Accurate data entry
- Processing of invoices
- Receipting customers
- Internal and external communication via phone and email
- Updating journals
- Credit control
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you must currently be resident in Wellington and be able to start work on short notice. You will have a great eye for detail and possess the natural ability to work in an organised and timely manner. Experience working with SAP software would be advantageous to your application but is not essential.
