A well known fine foods company is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their awesome team. Located in Central South Auckland.
Your new role
- Review invoices and check any stock or pricing discrepancies
- Sorting and matching packing slips & invoices
- Sorting and sending invoices to managers for approval
- Processing stock & GL invoices / data entry
- Preparing and processing accounts payable payments
- Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date
What you'll need to succeed
- 2 years’ experience, a bonus if you have FMCG experience
- High volume invoicing experience
- Good understanding of creditor management and reconciliations
- Attention to detail and a high level of numeracy
- Ability to resolve invoice discrepancies and follow up on outstanding credits
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 experience is preferable but not necessary
