Accounts Payable Officer

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer, within the FMCG industry.
A well known fine foods company is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their awesome team. Located in Central South Auckland.

Your new role
  • Review invoices and check any stock or pricing discrepancies
  • Sorting and matching packing slips & invoices
  • Sorting and sending invoices to managers for approval
  • Processing stock & GL invoices / data entry
  • Preparing and processing accounts payable payments
  • Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date

What you'll need to succeed
  • 2 years’ experience, a bonus if you have FMCG experience
  • High volume invoicing experience
  • Good understanding of creditor management and reconciliations
  • Attention to detail and a high level of numeracy
  • Ability to resolve invoice discrepancies and follow up on outstanding credits
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 experience is preferable but not necessary
