Your new company is a large public sector origination based in Wellingtons CBD looking to onboard a talented Accounts Payable Advisor to join the team.

Your new role
In your new role you will part of the accounts payable team ensuring that that the payments are done in a timely and accurate manner along with this you will be expected to provide professional support to resolve issues with internal customers and supplier.

Some of you main duties and responsibility's consist of :
  • Processing of payments
  • Supplier invoice entry
  • Reviewing of experience claims
  • reconciliation of accounts
  • 3 way matching of purchase orders and invoices

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have experience working within a large organisation with a great understanding of the accounts payable function, along with this have great communications skills and be willing to learn..
