This private organisation is looking to onboard a skilled Account payable admin to join there busy team based in Wellington.
Your new role
Your new roles main purpose is to process payments from suppliers and completing the accounts payable payment function. Training will be provided to support other functions of the business across the team.
The main duties for the role consist of:
What you'll need to succeed
- Approving of invoices and managing workflow
- direct link batches and cashflow management
- reconciliation of statements
- Monthly reporting support
- Invoicing queries
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working in Accounts payable focused role, along with having a great eye for detail with strong communication skills. This role has a strong customer focus so you will be confident speaking on the phone to customers. An intermediate level of Microsoft office is required along with the ability to work well under pressure.
