Your new company is a private organisation based in Petone. They hold a fantastic reputation in there industry, they are looking to onboard a skilled Accounts assistant to join there small friendly team.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of functions in the financial team, the main functions are both accounts receivable and payroll.
This role will include:
What you'll need to succeed
- Reconciling weekly timesheets in preparation for payroll
- Supporting end to end accounts processing
- Assisting with GST and FBT returns
- Data entry
- Supporting the Admin manager with financial documentation
To be successful in your new role you will ideally have the following:
What you'll get in return
- Experience in a complex payroll of 100+
- Experience in invoice processing
- Great written and verbal communication
- Gst return experience
- Great Administrative skills
