This company has an exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Administrator to be part of their Commercial Property Management team.

Your new role

Key duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Input new tenants, owners and lease changes
• Invoicing
• Bank reconciliation
• End of the month and first of the month jobs
• Trust account management
• Monthly Reports
• Owner remittances
• Operating expenses wash-up, year-end duty
• Compiling annual financial reports for Body Corporates
• GST and income tax returns for Body Corporates
• Filing monthly reports and invoices
• Banking
• Database management & maintenance

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience working in a similar role, as well as the ability to use initiative, work proactively and strive for excellence in all areas of work.

This is a full-time opportunity and you will be part of a small team but must be able to work independently.
