Your new role
In your new role you will be supporting the Deputy Secretary who is known for being a smart and caring senior leader. You will be an experienced EA, a trusted adviser to your team and will strive to make a real impact across the Ministry.

Furthermore you will also have previous experience with:

• Managing the busy diaries of your manager and their team
• Arranging meeting agendas and attending meeting to take minutes
• Have proven success in previous EA roles
• Able to make travel arrangements
• Assisting with Projects and events

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will demonstrate a high calibre of expertise to support the Deputy Secretary. Ideally you will demonstrate the ability to multitask and work well under pressure in busy environments. You take a pro-active approach to your work and use your initiative to actively seek new challenges and provide a new and innovative way of completing tasks. Most importantly you will have a positive and hard- working attitude and a passion for working across multiple teams to make a difference within the Ministry.
