Dynamic Project Admin needed to provide administrative and H&S support to this busy team. East Tamaki based.

Your new company
Our client is successful company in the building and design industry with sites across New Zealand. They have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven Project Administrator to join their busy team.

Your new role
Reporting through to the General Manager, you'll be providing key administrative support to the Project Team including:
  • Compiling and maintenance of Project and Health & Safety manuals and tender documents
  • Site document management
  • PA duties to the GM
  • Managing the H&S database
  • H&S reporting
  • Meeting minutes

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have experience working in the construction or services industry with a knowledge of site Health & Safety. Strong administrative experience along with proven organisational and time management skills are essential and you'll thrive in a busy and deadline driven environment.

You'll have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally.
