A high-end residential company is on the look out for an experienced On The Tools Foreperson to join their team.
Your new role
- Managing the team on site
- Ensuring tasks are completed to an impeccable standard
- Delivering high quality work as you will be predominantly working on the tools
- Ensuring everyone on site adheres to all health and safety practices
- Ordering materials when required
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified carpenter or have extensive experience on residential projects
- Excellent work ethic
- Excellent leadership skills
- Reliable
- Valid work reference
