This well-known organisation are looking to bring on board an experienced Payroll Officer. This presents a fantastic opportunity to an enthusiastic and driven person looking to grow in their career while also being able to work remotely with flexible hours.

Your new role
You will work alongside a supportive team to process the payroll ensuring that all employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with relevant terms and conditions of employment and legislation.
The core elements include (but are not limited to):
- Processing all payroll transactions in accordance with approved processes and policies.
- Cross check and process employee timesheets.
- Accurately completing all relevant data entry in a timely manner.
- New starters
- Terminations
- Process leave requests
- Using high levels of customer service to resolve queries by both written and verbal communication and escalate where required.
- Invoicing and reconciliations when required.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have sufficient experience in a similar role. You will therefore have a sound understanding of both the payroll process and also the related legislation, regulations and compliance. You will have a desire to learn more and hold excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
