Your new company
This government organisation prides themselves on assisting the community by providing services to those in need. Located centrally with working from home capacity, this is an ideal opportunity for those experienced or passionate service desk and customer service professionals to join this busy team with multiple roles on offer to start as soon as possible.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing support to remote workers, training will be provided to the Service Desk Agents and laptops and equipment will be provided. We are looking for:
  • The ability to provide basic IT solutions and customer service as the first point of call as a level 1 support person
  • Experience in Service Desk / Service Management platforms including recording of complete and quality incident / request records is required
  • Proven experience Salesforce - user access management, user config settings, troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Office 365
  • Exceptional customer service and telephone manner are a top priority

There will be two shifts to support this new service:
  • Shift 1 - 8am to 3pm
  • Shift 2 - 2pm to 9pm
