HR Support Officer

Permanent HR Support Officer role based in Tauranga. Must have strong customer service experience.

Large Tauranga based organisation. This role forms part of an established People & Culture team supporting employees.

Your new role
This position provides HR support including dealing with general questions and queries and escalating when required. You will be speaking with a variety of people across the organisation so must comfortable on the phone.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in HR is essential. You will have an understanding of Payroll, Performance Management, Wellbeing, Health & Safety and Risk. This role is diverse so you will need to demonstrate following procedures and protocols. Strong customer service skills are essential. A qualification or further studies in HR Management is desirable.
