Generalist HR Advisor providing support across the North Island. East Tamaki Location

Your new role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic HR Advisor to join them based in their Auckland office in East Auckland. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing high quality and collaborative HR support to the operational teams across the North Island.

What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have experience working in generalist HR including performance management, ER and recruitment and will have worked across multiple operational sites. You’ll be responsible for a diverse workforce including blue and white collar staff and will have proven experience building strong relationships across all levels.

You’ll thrive in a busy and varied role where you can take full ownership of your work and use your initiative. You’ll be comfortable making decisions and providing solution based advice and you’ll ideally have experience of working in a unionised environment previously.

Some travel will be required, mainly around the North Island.
